Hello I have one female colleague. We just talk about work only. I had heard that she sometimes says she respects me. Not to me directly but behind my back. I know her from 2 to 3 years. Recently I had gone on a trip to a hill station and posted picture with a girl. Now that colleague has stopped talking to me.(Earlier she used to be like a chirpy bird) I came to know that when she saw my photo with another woman, that day her eyes were red and watery from some colleagues though I think it to be an exaggeration. I am not into any discrimination or body shaming but the girl is too skinny. Honestly, at age 26, she is completely flat. While the woman with whom I had gone on trip is beautiful in all ways but not sure if she has any true feelings for me. How to navigate through this situation. Any way of thinking improvement do I need?
Ok so coming from a gurl. That office colleague surely has feelings for u. Atleast speak to her n convey that “ u r a good frnd an all” to give some closure. I believe she is a good frnd to u.
And idk why would u judge on body type though. Means how can that be sole reason. I think and believe that we shouldn’t fumble good ppl in life just cause of silly reasons. She says she respects u which is something not many ppl say for others in todays times.

I want to add a point here that it's that colleague who actually discriminates or complains on basis of looks. Honestly every girl who came to my topic with her, she openly criticised those girls. Be it our teammates or any other girl, she doesn't go too far but will add some criticising lines. And her criticism gets too far for any girl who invited me for their any function or birthdays etc.
To judge on body type is human. To judge on blood type is divine.
