How have they figured out life so soon?

Recently, I was talking with one of my friend who shared this interesting thing with me. He has seen few of his juniors(from CS background ) struggling to clear campus placement tests. Majority of them fail during the coding round and a few in aptitude. Cheating is quite common during campus placements is what he shared. He has also seen non CS/ECE/IT background folks pulling some tricks during this time and are somehow able to clear the test. No idea how they do it without getting caught. But the biggest question I had was, how are CS folks not aware of such thing? and what are those tricks/methods/art they let's you do it so smoothly???

What did it take to get to that point? I'm reasonably comfortable with mediums but hard problems feel like a few notches above in difficulty. Should I find the equivalent rating of mediums on codeforces and work from there? Or is it better to keep reading LC hard solutions until something clicks?

There’s got to be a strategy that one applies to shortlist from the ocean of offers out there. - applying in the same domain as your current company? - platform or regions where recruiters are more active? - directly talking to freelance HMs and doing a deal? Hey Folks! I was planning on launching a new age social media application. What are some good strategies I can apply to growth hack that shiz. Im planning paying some Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram influencers and asking some of my buddies who have a good following to post screenshots of the app. To make it look organic, they’ll post some topic to rile up the audience and get that engagement. Also we are planning to not mention the app name in the tweet but always have it in the replies so it looks organic and is if our app is already the talk of the town Does anyone have any suggestions? Does this sound like a good plan. I paid a freelance growth consultant a lot of money for this plan. How does it sound? Anyone has any thoughts? Folks?

Anyone experienced with Deeptech startups, how is the quality of work and development?

How do we exist? Are we all living in a simulation where someone managed to program a conscience into each one of us? What are your views? I like this platform because if i ask this question anywhere else I'll be trolled. Hopefully here i won't be. 🤣

From 20 lacs losses until now for the last 3 years, finally made some good profit this year and earned more than 50 lacs this financial year. Super excited for the future.
