My favourites - I have been to many thanks to my job:
1) Dum Phukt in ITC Mumbai
2) Amaranta at Oberoi Gurgaon
3) Jolly Nabobs at ITC Windsor Bangalore
4) Rim Naam at Oberoi Bangalore (highest rated BLR restaurant)
Leela Indiranagar has one of the best breakfast spreads
Had gone to a Hilton in Indore, they had mad breakfast. Jalebi and Samose for breakfast hit different.
TBH though, often feel that 5 star hotel food now doesnt have that kind of difference. Because there are excellent restaurants that are cheaper and less 'pretentious'

Bezawada?
Seeing most places mentioned here are 5-star hotels, do they really serve memorable food, esp buffet? Don't get me wrong I enjoy them but they are forgotten soon enough. They are a good indulgence at best.
