Anybody who went from being non vegetarian to vegetarian or vegan?
How did you do it? Want to do the transformation, mainly because I only started eating meat as an adult. It tastes fucking amazing, but now I feel I'm over it, and at least for 95% of the meals I should avoid it (I feel it creates extra load on my digestive system) Please give your tips folks. Would love some help
Me too trying the same, born into hardcore non veg family, want to become an eggetarian at least
@KoolCoder eggs are worse. In comparison to boiler chicken. Can cause inflammation in gut.
High in cholesterol.
I see, just the boiled egg white then? Saying no to omlette is difficult...

Ask the meat seller where they kill the goats, visit the place and observe the process closely, that should help
I have some of my closed related person have transformed from non-veg to vegan
But after a few years he started to drink some of the animal products liquids (milk)
But he totally avoided meat. You can say he is vegetarian..😀
Personally cannot understand people who eat meat. How are they okay killing another creature?
From non vegetarian to vegetarian to back to non vegetarian.
It doesn't matter the diet type until you are fulfilling your body needs as per your input and output.
When I started working out, I started non veg.
If you are having a sedentary lifestyles then you might get digestive issues.
You don't have to eat it daily.
Non veg is heavy to digest but so is kidney beans and chick peas and whole green gram dal.
Try eating cooked green gram dall 2-3 katoris, you will know.
If you still crave non veg. Try eating surmai or singhada fish only in winters.
And please don't get manipulated into vegan and shit until and unless your body demands it.
Once you stop eating junk and garbage outside food, your body will be strong enough to digest bones. :P
If eating chicken, mutton and beef is legal than why killing dogs and humans illegal?

OP I was like this until someone was kind enough to show me facts and studies about the perils of a vegan only diet.

I don't know any vegan who's truly healthy without taking artificial supplements but I know a lot of keto/carni people including myself who have butter, meat, and salt and are perfectly healthy. Please consider carefully before switching.

I switched because of health reasons. Got a lot of other benefits after switching as well.
Look at those old times when I used to eat non-veg as a mistake now.
I am non-vegetarian but recently eating too much as it’s easily available all thanks to Swiggy… one day i went to chilkur balaji temple and said I will not eat for 6 months 😀 and it worked… atleast someone is there where i still have some respect, love or mostly scared of 😀 and good part is no one will force you to eat as they are shit scared as well 🤣
I gave up meat just before i went to college and gave up egg in the first year of college. It's all about determination, initially I really loved the taste and cravings were there but with time they die down. It has been around 9 years now since I quit non veg.
If you're a Hindu/Jain/Sikh/Buddhist then you can use morality of religion.
You just need to take care of first 1-2 months.. after that you won't feel like having it
I bought a live chicken and forced my non-veg loving roomie to butcher it with his own hands. Feathers, guts, cloaca, organs and all.
Trust me, most of the people who love non veg will shit their pants when it comes to really killing and butchering and then eating that animal.
Hell, if you sit with a little kid and tell them how you get meat on the table and how slaughter houses work, you will appreciate life better.
