What does the usual appraisal cycle look like in Infosys When do we get the appraisal mail and when does it actually reflect in our salary Experienced folks, please share your experiences
Managers are also clueless when the letters are being sent when you get it you will get it.
Don’t expect much hike also even if they give appraisal anything can change at any minute.
I don't think you have to worry till your first 2 years, after completion of the bond period, you will get automatic increment of 4-5k and then next year, you will get something called Early Career Rewards of around 2k.
So the first 2 increments are automatic and not ratings dependent.
