I think not having enough women in senior leadership who also have families - I think its quite apparent what the system promotes and supports. And because of such few women in leadership, the conversation around what more can be done by companies to actually enable women is also quite limited

Family pressure and very unsupportive family. They ask you to sit at home and take care of your husband and clean & cook and they will question you for being a working women.

  • Not being considered for promotion because I may go for maternity leave
  • Not being considered for work which may involve stretching a bit on weekends ( even if I am fine with it)
