In star plus Mahabharata, Krishna ji said one line - Humans decipher the meaning of words according to it's intelligence and the situations that person is in. For example:  
 When it rains, peacock dances whereas cuckoo cries.  
  
 The actual meaning of the  words said by anyone is only deciphered by a wisdomous being. And that's why there is so much unethical practices in this world, since the actual meaning of someone's words is only understood by a few.

In this world of irrational chaos, it's better to divide my disbelief between artificial intelligence and human intelligence.

I can communicate my point of view with anyone and everyone.. but if I don’t have any topic to speak on.. i prefer to stay silent.. where as people out there keeps on saying things out.. doesn’t matter whether it makes sense or not.. still continues to speak.. which i just can’t.. and strangely bcz of this.. i am hardly left with friends.. where as on other hand.. those people have many..

I don’t know whether it’s a good sign or not.. 
but how can i overcome it?

Why do relatives feel that they should always talk about doing things the right way and how do they know what they say is the right way?

Some examples -
- to lose weight, focus on walking and fully come to normal BMI and then only do weight training. But, research suggests weight training to be more beneficial for both weight loss and increasing metabolism
- we should drink hot water to lose weight. What?😂
- get married early and marriage is the only way to go!
- our screen time shouldn't be more with mobile, but rather with tv
- don't use earphones, they damage ears
- Some fruits are beneficial for diabetes

Don't get me wrong, I love relatives. I just don't enjoy someone giving advice when I didn't ask them. Especially when I can't trust their source of information for anything - life advices, religion, shastra,  traditions, women's rights etc.

And, I am really tired fighting battle and tackling so much misinformation about everything. All I do is just listen to them and move on!

Wanted to know what do you guys do?

In my experience so far - having attended numerous All Hands Calls in various orgs that I've been at so far - I've hardly ever grasped entirely what's been spoken of.
I've often observed that the speakers spoke on a very high business level, and I'm not able to connect the dots to the bigger picture and any impact that the decisions might have on a granular level.

As an Individual Contributor, can anyone share any tips on how to make sense of All Hands Calls?

Who is more corrupt- Congress or BJP? Why?

Current scams came to light only after SC’s intervention. Currently all our media houses are busy bootlicking and not doing any investigative work.  
  
 Also consider the fact that most corrupt politicians have moved to BJP in past few years. It’s safe to say BJP is the party with most corrupt politicians.

Let me explain, managers or senior folks who reply/slack/email or do any form of communication outside working hours and especially over weekends… I hate it. If u do it without the counter party explicitly expressing such urgency then you are way worse. 

Just because their current lifestyle or situation allows them to do it… They do it without a second thought. They do not realize that this sets the benchmark or expectations for others who may not be able or like to do same. 

You might say they’re not coercing others to do it then what’s the harm? Well this little thing is what sets the chain reaction to unhealthy WLB. The stakeholders or their heads get the wrong impression and create unhealthy expectation from others. This is just a rant and if u are such a person… Stop doing it without thinking of its unintended consequences.

 They reply at a time that works for them- you set the right expectations for yourself. Unke response time se teri expectation setting kyu change hogi?

I've always been someone who's had to think well before I spoke. Unless it's something I'm very well aware of (ex: my day to day work), I take time, first to make up the words in my head and then deliver. This delay, is something I want to work on.
If you've been in my place at some point, what made you change; and improve on your communication? 
I don't think this is hindering my abilities at work, but it certainly does - in connecting with new people and in all the non-work comms.

So I might get some hate for this. I know this is weakness and the feedback I've gotten is toughen up. But I've never known how.
 Is there anyone else whose body and mind had accepted that they're not going to amount to anything but fought their way through it? Can you tell me your story? Or give me any book suggestions?

My advice is simple. Spite. Hate the situation so much that you come out of that, or conquer it with pure spite. The Hatred of ever being found in such a situation will propel you towards success.

You overthink because your mind moves million miles a min.
