Would anyone be having any good leads? Also, what is the resale value of houses(apartments or villas) in a decent society in these areas? Prices people say for certain societies are in the range of 5-6 crores.

1) What are some good localities nearby where I could find apartments in a gated society? 
2) What is the best means to find a flat? (NoBroker, MagicBricks or brokers or a literal house hunt on foot)
3) Do the brokers charge brokerage every year for renewal of rental agreement?(as is the case in Pune)

People laughed at me when I asked for decent living spaces below 10k at these locations. It took 2 days, i went for a walk in the streets of Koramangala and HSR layout. And found multiple 1rk's less than 8k and multiple 1bhk's less than 12k. There are a lot of furnished 1bhk apartments with rent ranging from 15k to 18k. To all the people who are new to Bangalore, don't fall prey for hefty rents, do roam in and around the surroundings.. you will find good places within the budget. Surprisingly there are plenty of vacant spaces and soon the prices will come down.
