Can someone please explain this?

I am applying for Roles in Linkedinwhich I was qualified well (may be I am overhyping myself) but I am not getting shortlisted for any of the roles applying. Is there anything I should do instead of just applying ?

Hi Grapeviners, I have an exp of exactly 2 years and i received an offer from a startup for analyst (level 1) at a cash component of ~ 20L (includes 10 % variable) and ESOP worth 3 L. My current company had an all fixed comp at 15 LPA ( fully remote) but the new company is WFO at Bangalore. I am also giving interviews for two other companies parallelly but my LWD of my current company was yesterday. Should I go ahead with this offer? Overall it looks decent but it's definitely not a financial improvement for me as the hike will offset the living expenses and the 30% tax bracket. Need your take on this guys. Should I wait more? The current offer I cannot hold for more than a week before it expires.

Just curious if you are really getting these number of Resumes or this count really doesn’t matter?

I recently enabled open to work on my profile, Got immediate responses from recruiters, They show so much interest saying “ Your skill set, experience is amazing and this is exactly what we are looking at our company, please share your resume and we can take this forward “ I get all hyped and share my resume, and I get no response back. Almost 5-10 recruiters have ghosted me like this. I follow up multiple times asking for any update. And I get no response. They don’t even say “ I have forwarded your profile to the HM and we’ll get back to you “ Some of my friends are also facing the same issue. I’m a product designer with 11+ yoe, if anyone here can refer me it will be really helpful 🙏

What was your reality check moment?

I got offer from capgemini. They told to download the offer letter from the portal link which they have provided. I don't find the logo of capgemini on the offer letter is the offer genuine? I happen to finally go for premium since I ran out of invites. And bro I’ve been bombarded with job suggestions left and right . I have applied for 3-4 hours straight, just can’t believe it. Just a day back my feed was dry as a desert. So if you’re looking for jobs go for Premium at least till you get few offers
