However, the problem now is that she has 2 years of Work Experience in Tech in Big 4 and now her profile is not as relevant for CA related roles in other Big4 or for that matter in finance as well. What should be done should she resign now and how’s the job market for CA’s at the moment? Guidance and help please.

One of my college friends (2021 batch) had joined Accenture from college placements.She got trained in salesforce.

But since last 2 years she has been in and out of many projects due to some or the other reason and spent time mostly on bench because of which she does not have much project experience.

Now she is fed up of this and wants to switch and change the tech stack also.

So I told her to start studying java and spring boot so that she can get into backend roles.She is also studying data structures side by side.

In the resume she wanted to show that she has java experience for the past 2 years. So how should she write it. What projects she should write about?

One of my friend has about 6yr of experience working as Senior DataScientist and he is pretty good at the work. I see him continuously brushing up with almost latest things happening in ML space. He is now looking for job switch but struggling to get interview call and not able to clear rounds for scheduled interviews. Something is going off in his case, dont know what. 

I really want to help him so Pls help me with this question -

1. What are the companies hiring for DS2 or Senior DS role for now?
2. What is the expectation from a Data Science candidate in the interviews?
3. What are the popular interview questions that are being asked these days?
4. If possible please share your recent interview questions.

One of my friends, who is highly talented and an adept competitive programmer, recently received an offer from "Tech Mahindra" with a package of 3.25 LPA and a 2.5-year service bond. Given the current tough economic climate, should he accept this offer or wait and prepare for better opportunities? Its been 2years in same company started as a fresher. I feel like i need to shift to other company but problem is i didn’t upskilled upto the mark in different domains and for shifting in cueerent domain my company is best in market for using pega.

My friend has joined a new company in recent months and have now figured out that he’ll be mostly working in legacy technology, support customer ticket issues, and become the point of contact for a product which is again legacy. There is basically no incentive for him to continue or add on to his growth/learning. Since market is really bad, he is trying to hang around for at least a year although painful. What do u guys suggest should he do?

Having almost  6yrs experience with single digit salary 😭 every friend and colleague are making a killing every recruiter I speak to just offer x% over last CTC but not the amount I ask stating budget issue. This is taking a toll on my mental health unable to focus on up skilling / working in current org plz help not sure what to do.

Hello All..I have been a consultant for the last 9+ years working on the same industry tool. Recently the tool got migrated and all our IT experience has become meaningless . Having a difficult time looking for projects and not getting any calls. I am absolutely fine with reskilling/upskilling and I even started learning and acquiring the certifications.The problem  is that we need to have some hands-on experience in the new technologies along with certifications and then only we can get any project.

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams.  Still not able to clear any.  B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything.  Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.
