Counter Offer Negotiation Tips

In this year's appraisal cycle, I got a good performance rating but bad hike and no promotion 😔 Currently multiple projects are highly dependant on me, and it will be difficult for the company to find a good replacement (Subtle flex, but it's true), and due to this I feel like I'm underpaid at my current level. Have you ever been in a similar situation? How did you negotiate a better salary? Should I look for a better offer outside and ask my current org if they can match it or resign? Because next appraisal/promotion will only happen a year later from now. Please share your experience of negotiating better salary at current org by getting a better offer outside, how did it go and what was the outcome?

I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations. I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer? I have offers from X and Y companies, both are good, I really want to join X company but Y is giving more salary. How should i ask X company to revise and match or come close to the Y offer? My background: Hey! I am in my final year, I did a summer internship at a software firm as a SDE role for 1 lakh stipend. And I got a full time offer for 26 LPA after graduation which will be in May’24 I applied for internship in a startup for working until my graduation, it was for the same role i worked during my internship. During a phone call interview right now, he asked me how much you’ll be expecting when you join full time, so I mistakenly revealed my offer and how much i m expecting. He made me compare the 12 lpa which this startup can give to maximum and 36 lpa which is my ctc offer in another company. I told him that I am ready to do a internship now at a lower money(50k), but after a year, depending on the situations of the startup, we can negotiate on the salary if can get a competitive one. What should I do now? Please give me suggestions on how should I had negotiated, and did i do anything wrong by revealing my another offer from another company.? What should be my next steps?

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company. Some suggestion would be highly appreciated.
