Early Promotion at Work!
How can I go about securing a promotion at work before the usual time frame, transitioning from one level to a higher position? If you've experienced such a progression, I'd love to hear about the strategies and actions you took that led to your success.

What I’ve usually seen work are the following:
1. Make sure you are clear with your manager as to what your goals are for the next review cycle. Shows protectiveness in terms of planning and also shows you’ve great visibility of what’s needed from you.
2. Quality >>>>quantity. At the end of the day, it’s the kind of impact you’re creating for the business.
3. Be nice to people and don’t hesitate to help. People like nice and humble folks. Even if you know someone is not great at something and you’re pretty good at it, never make em feel undervalued. The reviews you get from folks come a long way…
