please do some physical activity... u will feel better and feel positive once u start pushing ur limits. it will not happen in one day but trust me u will see changes and better version of yourself

I turned 30 last month and I still feel i am a 20 year old. I lost the last 4 years of my life working from home and have started to go to office recently. I never worked together in a team, never been out for team lunches/dinners, never presented my work to the seniors/leadership. I have 4.5 years experience on the paper and my interaction with colleagues in person has been almost zero .

I don’t know how to do my taxes, can’t do basic servicing of my bike, extremely indiscipline’s, rarely track my expenses, can’t say ‘No’, haven’t upskill we and hence stuck in TCS, can’t stick to a hobby or interest, pathetic in managing my time, have no sense of punctuality, socially awakened, overweight with a pot belly and hence have confidence issues, can’t take care of myself in terms of self grooming, couldn’t maintain friendships as I used  to get offended when someone made fun of me or mocked me- my inflated ego is just useless. 

I can’t control my emotions, I sometimes get emotional and have tears in my eyes, I show emotions easily on my face, not smart when it comes to dealing with others, don’t know how much to talk to whom, whom to talk to, how to talk to and when to talk.

I’ve been told I’m pessimistic and highly negative about myself but I’m just saying things the way it is.
I have no responsibilities on life. I’ll be getting married the next year and I know I can take up the responsibility. But I still have the fear of putting my fiancé down. I love her a lot and I never even  would do anything to put her down.

My bad time management skills, inability to focus, getting distracted badly, being a slow learner, not networking, not having idea on making switches regularly, being too lazy and impatient to learn new things, not being updated in terms of on demand skills, tools , technologies, reluctance to learn something new and hence staying in comfort zone has screwed up my career.

I feel stuck and lost in life.
I honestly don’t know what to do.

I need some good advice. I have been working on a very weird project for past two and half years now. This project has not at all being in a proper way and feels like a classic case scenario of sucking up to clients to keep the business with them. But in this conundrum, I am suffering A LOT. 
My core working areas are SSIS and SQL Server and I have been trying expand my skillset to cloud platforms like Azure engaging in some proper Data Engineering roles. But I have been sole contributor in my role in this project and inevitably a very heavy dependency developed upon me over time and now the management is not willing to involve me in any project other than this.
I have been trying to get some opportunities laterally but since I have no hands-on experience in my "preferred skillset", no one's willing to consider. I tried talking to my managers and I keep hearing "It's a good thing that you have developed such good rapport with the customers" (which I have), "this project will end soon and you will get better opportunities once we close this project", "we will consider you for on-site opportunities". None of these promises have been fulfilled. I realized very late that I have just been exploited since I have been doing at least a three man job in the billing of one and they keep extending me on the project. Accolades are there but just on mailers and that too from customers, not my managers.
To add insult to injury when I received customer appreciation no one from the management even bothered to highlight it internally and they didn't nominate me for H1B unlike they promised. There is no incentive of any type- bonus, better project or onsite opportunities and I am struggling to find jobs within or outside the organization because of current market scenario and lack of experience. 
I am getting restless thinking about this and the time I am losing on this worthless project. There seems to be 
a huge disconnect between HR, management and employee. What to do???

- I dont like my work but have been doing this since long so no other option left
- Never looked at things from first principles and now its very late to start again with right approach 
Peers, family make it worse and we are stuck. 
I fee thats Injustice to our self and life. It takes a lot of courage to move out of this and spend time on what you are good at. 
Did anyone feel this and won this battle?

If it's love/ relationship I'm not with that person cause things didn't work out.. Even though it's over and that person moved on and so did I but I'm still stuck in the past... I'm not sure why and how but yeah... Sometimes I do wonder what life yields me... What should I do? How to come to a conclusion and how to choose the right path and move on in my life? I have been treating myself like shit lately.

I have 100s of people who root for me but my mind pin points my emotional bandwidth on the ones who only see the "incapable" or "unworthy" side of me. 

Whenever I think highly of myself, a tiny sinister voice creeps in and labels me as "arrogant" or "dellusional" or "overconfident".

PS: I am someone who was at times bullied in school for being too polite (people started to associate it with feminine energy, although now that I am an adult, I feel being softspoken has opened more doors for me than others). This did leave a scar on my self-esteem, given how pampered and protected I was as a child.

If you mess up on a client engagement and can't finish a task properly? What happens ? What are the repercussions? I'm a fresher and I don't know what to do anymore ? Is this normal ? It's only been 7 months here , I'm a campus hire and I feel out of my depth? Seniors don't help that much as they're too busy? My anxiety is really high and I don't know really know what to do anymore.

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've  been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. 
I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster.

I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help.
There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others.
