 By 90 days, you would have experience of clearing many interviews and learnt the art of cracking interviews and also enhanced skill set 🤷‍♂️

Thank you for the suggestion! I talked to my manager about leaving and the bribed me with work from home for 2-3 months. So I got emotional on the fact that I will be able to go back to hometown and live with my family.

I am currently so frustrated since this company gave me a 10-15% hike only from my last company. 

Company culture is okay but tech is shit. 
Even the seniors know nothing. 
People of my experience and even juniors are getting better projects

No good work. Just repetitive screens.
I want to switch but I’m not getting any interviews due to 90 days notice period. 

Please suggest what can I do.

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer. 

But now after 1 month this company doesn't feel good. 

Desperately wanting to change the company as work is bad (although working on same work which I used to do, tech is very old, VB. Net) but not feeling enough prepared. And the current time is horrible. 

My company has 90 Days notice period. What to do? Recruiter on this spot reject direct after hearing 90 Days. 

(1 Year experience) (salary is around 10)

 Also wanted to change tech stack. And how much salary should I target now given the market condition? Some recruiter even straight away said you are already getting paid high.

I desperately looking for a job switch but due to my notice period being of 3 months I'm not getting any call from good companies. The only calls that I've received are from service based companies. Can anyone please suggest a trick or a solution to my problem.

I feel I have a decent profile coz I have got calls from Bosch, L&T, Deloitte, Quantiphi, LTIMindtree and etc., but my profile didn’t get shortlisted every time just because of the 60 day's notice period. I even asked my friends for referrals to companies like Accenture and Infosys. Even after that, my profile also didn't get shortlisted.

I am a 2023 graduate and I have joined the company in 2022 as Software Development Intern. I have completed my internship and working as a full time. The environment of the company is very toxic and there is too much politics (even in getting user stories).

Company has a 90 days notice and i getting very less calls due to this. Putting 30-60 days notice on job portals increased the opportunity but I am bad at lying and when i tell them officially its 90 days , they just run away. How to deal with this?

I have been part of one company for 9 years. I feel like bored and mundane.  I am trying to switch jobs for past one and half year and unable to crack any interviews.
