There's a clause in my offer letter mentioning I won't be paid for the entirety of my notice period until my exit date. Unfortunately due to problems in my previous company, I didn't go through that section properly and agreed to it. I wanted to ask if it's legal first and if not, what options do I have?

I resigned from TCS after serving for about 11 month just 1 month short of 12 month bond period of 50k
They want to me pay somewhere around 48k adjusted with leave available at that time. It's been more than 2 years now. I received a notice from a third party law firm ( not court ) asking to pay a bond amount which is around 48k + interest @18%.
What can be done in this scenario also my monthly payment was around 22k at TCS It seems they want to take all what they gave me no value for my 11 month of work.When i look back I don't see any good of joining TCS it is very frustrating. They did not send any court notice but if they go without sending after  sometime at this rate of @18 they gonna ask my personal property this is the best business model i think as of now I don't know which FD or mutual fund gives 18 % return.

I am a Java Backend Dev with 5+ yrs of experience. I am not happy working in TCS. I want to resign but I have only completed 1 year here. I don’t have any offers in hand. But I reel like once I resign, I’ll feel inner peace. Looking at the current market conditions, shall I go ahead and do it.

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

So Flipkart will be doing performance based layoffs. I have been placed on PIP. How should I proceed considering I don't have any other offers and not much experience either.

1. Resign immediately.
2. Do the PIP completely and then see if I pass or not?
I am not in a good financial position currently.

I had given an interview in TCS and got a mail on 12th Aug stating that I have cleared both Technical and Managerial rounds. I have uploaded all the documents on ibegin portal. 

Also, on 16th Aug I got a call from HR stating that my BGV has been done and they will release the offer in 1-2 weeks. 

Can someone please let me know how much time it takes to release an offer letter.

I have recieved offer letter from  Accenture having expected DOJ after 90 days ,I have 90 days notice period .I'll resign from my company(Cognizant ) and am afraid if Accenture will revoke my letter or won't reach out to me later then I'll be jobless .

Saw this post on reddit,couldn't see any legit advice .what do you guys think should be done?

How to return the joining bonus? If we leave a company before the mentioned time period in an offer letter? Do they cut from salary ? Or do we have to return explicitly?
I joined Accenture a few days back but not liking the project here and they are not even allowing me to change the project, so now the only way remaining is to change the company.
If anyone has any idea regarding returning joining bonus please guide/comment.

Currently working as SDE-2 at Amazon, promoted some 1 year back.

I'm totally burned out from work pressure, oncalls, layoff and performance review cycles every 3 months. Thinking of resigning without any offer by June/July.

Will this be the right decision in today's market.
I'll take some 2-3 months rest and start job hunting again, hopefully in better wlb companies.

Just want to enjoy, travel to new places and prioritise my health.
Balding and weight gain are major issues, and i don't think conditions will be improving in Amazon soon.

BUT, the job market is tough, and IDK how it will impact my career
