Nope. Just tell the recruiter that you are on bench and you can be released within 30-60 days. Never resign without an offer, unless you count yourself top of the class.

I recently got an offer and the notice period over there is 60 days. In my past companies it was 30 days everywhere. Just wanted to know your opinion.

Is the 60 days notice period too much?

I have recently joined in an organization which is an Inc  2 days back. But today I got offer from good MNc company which has started interview process before receiving any offer . I want join in this MNc now how can I proceed in leaving current inc which joined 2 days back. 
In offer letter there is a clause mentioned that if I resign in 30days of joining I have to serve 4 months notice or I have to pay to buy notice period. I confused what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. 
I want to change the domain to different role like backend or frontend or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company.
Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)?

If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume?
And what could else I have to face .

Recently I had an interview with Accenture last week. I got shortlisted by the same day at night and got an email for completing a task in Workday which is submitting PAN And last 3 months pay slips. The next day received a call from HR, He discussed the compensation and DOJ and said you will get confirmation by the same day only. But it's been more than 4-5 working days, I haven't received my Offer Letter yet. 

Also got a BGV mail for complete but it requires Resignation detail too with LOA.

But how can I submit resignation without any offer Letter. 

Or usually ACCENTURE taking that much time only in releasing offer letter.

Can anyone help with this.
