Resignation without offer letter

Hello everyone! I have 8 years of experience as a software QA and am currently looking for job opportunities outside my company. I’ve been applying to jobs regularly on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any responses yet. I believe this might be due to my 90-day notice period. 🤔 I’m considering resigning without having another offer in hand. What are your thoughts on this? Is it a good idea? Looking forward to your valuable insights!

I am working in Infosys and I have 90 days notice period. I have been applying from the past 2 years but haven't got any calls and interview scheduled forget about rejections.I could landed 2 interviews only. Is it happening because I fill 90 days notice period while applying? What should I do? I can't take risk of resign because of financial issues right now. Please drop your suggestions.

I am applying to various companies but after the initial screening they are ghosting me(I guess mainly because of np). Should I quit and apply. I am worried, what if I am not able to get jobs after 90 days. I have more than 2 years of experience. I don't have any financial dependency. In my current organisation for the past few months, I don't have enough work to do, that's why I'm looking for the switch. Hi Folks I recently got an offer and the notice period over there is 60 days. In my past companies it was 30 days everywhere. Just wanted to know your opinion.

Currently working as SDE-2 at Amazon, promoted some 1 year back. I'm totally burned out from work pressure, oncalls, layoff and performance review cycles every 3 months. Thinking of resigning without any offer by June/July. Will this be the right decision in today's market. I'll take some 2-3 months rest and start job hunting again, hopefully in better wlb companies. Just want to enjoy, travel to new places and prioritise my health. Balding and weight gain are major issues, and i don't think conditions will be improving in Amazon soon. BUT, the job market is tough, and IDK how it will impact my career Is this the right decision or I'm a fool Total experience: 3.5 Yrs Age : 27

Need guidance please. 2022 passout. Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. I want to change the domain to different role like backend or frontend or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company. Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)? If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume? And what could else I have to face . Need truthful guidance.

I am currently serving my notice period (90 days). Had decided earlier to quit and then look for a role so that I can job hunt in relative peace without worrying about job performance (high impact and demanding role). Was interviewing with a bunch of startup’s and almost every hiring manager and HR asked about why are you quitting without an offer? Same people when I was interviewing while working were concerned about the 90 day notice. Is this considered as a concerning behaviour? Or just a negotiation tactic. Also, what is a correct response to this question in your opinion? The truth seems incredulous to these folks.

I have been trying hard to switch but not getting any calls for an interview. I am suspecting now that maybe this 3 month notice period is slowing down the process. So my ask is should I resign and then try to find job, so that other company see potential in my profile because I can join early?

Can i join a new company while being on notice period with my current employer? What are the implications?

Hi Folks! I am working in TCS nd have a experience of 3 years in production support. I want to get into devops by Mangaet is also not releasing me from the project. Shall I resign from TCS and un that 3 months of NOtice period prepare for DevOps. Will it be a good decidion or not? Please help me.
