How to put the phrase "find you own happiness, it comes from within" to use? I am curious to know your coping mechanisms.
My coping mechanism: books, writing (recently started), reading poems, and i am into art. I actually am someone who likes my me time and not much into people.
What do you write about? I recently started journaling and I am having a hard time doing justice to it. I have this spectatious feeling that someone is watching me write.
I started writing on politics and whatever i feel on any topic. Just started, hence a newbie. Journaling is a great habit. Do keep the momentum.
