Yes, I think I'm out of it now,but nothing from the outside can fix this,may be should learn on your own.
Few things below might help.
Stay alone,Keep yourself busy (doing what you always wanted to do,but you couldn't do it because of some reason),try different things, stop giving time to people who don't value your time, acheive some personal goals,Reward yourself. Figure out what makes you happy,

Always talk to the friends, partner , family etc, let them know what you bare feeling, suppressed emotions never help anyone, and any relationship takes time to either make or break, so instead of feeling like stuck, think of various ways you might take it to next level, and what are the benefits in long term
I would say everything has a flip side. I'm sure you have plenty of things to be grateful for as well. Happy memories and experiences that you cherish.
Just think of it this way that you can't have happiness without sadness in life. That's why one should cherish the happy stuff whenever possible. Stuff to be angry or sad about is an endless list, always.
