Tried PRP from a reputed dermatologist near my place. Didn't work for me personally.
Use 5% minoxidil but not sure if it's really effective or not. However now that I have started the regime, scared of stopping it 🥲 Because of this have started to try and accept that I cannot do anything about it 🥹
Hopefully will reach that zen state sometime in future (not much progress made till now 🫠)

They say that if you want hair you have to keep on applying minoxidil forever. Once u stop the hair thinning and hair fall will start again. 2-3 years of progress lost in 2-3 months. Personal experience.

Yup I am aware.
Will continue using it to delay the inevitable till I am mentally ready 😅

Have tried several home remedies (none for too long though). And applied some 5-6 bottles of Imxia F 5% Minoxidil, no benefit in hairfall or dandruff . Just signed up for Traya’s customised treatment program. Let’s see how well it works
