1. Work hard in your job. Don't complain and waste time. We know everyone is replaceable, but work so damn hard that if at all you decide to resign and switch sometime, it should come as a shell shocker to them.  
 Build a program/product/team from scratch, own it end to end so much that they'll never find anyone close to you who can work with the same efficiency. 
 You'll obviously take your learnings and apply them later on in your next job, but 
 You'll also earn the respect of all your colleagues which might be needed in your future corporate journey. 
 2. Don't chase money early on in your career unless you actually**need** it. Focus on building relationships, knowledge, learning to code (it helps) and earning respect of your colleagues wherever you go. 
 3. Don't get into smoking due to peer pressure. AVOID IT.

Lately i have been struggling to cope up with my work and family . It’s been very difficult at my work lately. Also my personal life is a roller coaster mentally! I feel difficult to cope up. People at my work are sarcastic about my performance even though i am fulfilling all my basic tasks. I sleep very late thinking about all these things especially my personal struggles! No offense to the author, but the excessive toxicity that some folks spread across social media, be it on Twitter or LinkedIn, with others blindly hopping on board, really highlights how we sometimes let our critical thinking slide.

I work in a startup and one of my senior engineer always mocks me for not being efficient at work. He just has his own presumptions about me and because I made some silly mistakes at the start of my journey in this company, he always taunts me for that. Now he has started doing that in front of other people as well to look cool. Initially it did not affect me as whenever I would point that out he would say that you genz guys can’t even take this much, we used to rag your senior even more than this. But now this thing has started affecting me because everyone else also thinks the same way now. Also a lot of times I snap at him for being this disrespectful, but I feel very bad after that. Also it gives an impression of me being very rude to other people in the office because in other teams no senior talks to their junior this way. Every time I try my level best to make my PR’s the best so I could at least not end up being targeted by him again, but he still manages to find some fault with it. I don’t understand what to do. My manager is always on his side, I’ve tried talking to him also but that’s of no use. Please suggest me some ways so I can get out of this😞😞
This has greatly affected my confidence and now I don’t even find the will to work hard anymore because whatever I do, I’ll face the same thing. I feel like this has also hampered my growth a lot.

- Don’t buy useless EMI for expensive cars or gadgets. If you cannot afford it, buy one within your budget, there are all ranges available.  
 - A job is a contract thats it. They don’t care if you have lakhs in loan or dependent families. Treat it like a task which gets over after working hours. 
 - This is esp for those egoistic and sadist managers and bosses who derive their sense of worth from humiliating their reportees, making then work on sick and emergency leaves, and creating an atmosphere of bullying. 
 - No one cares about your job or career progression outside your office. Don’t make it important than your family and health and give the same treatment to all your team members.
