Hi folks, I have asked Accenture to revise my salary as they have given way less for YOE. My client interview is done and I am selected for the client but they are not saying anything regarding compensation revision so finally I mailed them today but yet no response and I have attached the screenshot of compensation from other company with same amount (both have low balled me ).
I want to know if they will revise the salary, if the client already selected me for the project. Folks from Accenture any idea on this?

Germany to Bangalore - Salary Negotiation

Hey folks, I am bad at taxation and wanted some help with an offer I have. 
What would be by pre and post tax monthly ?salary. 

Breakup (monthly)-
Basic: 41k
HRA: 16k
Special Allowance: 40k
PF: 4.5k
Variable: 5k

So, assuming I get all that variable, my pre tax monthly pay would be approx 1L ?
How do I calculate post tax?
Also, any red flags in the breakup that I need to re -negotiate?

I have 2 years exp in Angular9+, my current compensation is 10.43 lacs, I want to switch such that my compensation rises to 18 lacs (have some financial responsibilities and facing difficulties with current compensation), what should be my roadmap?

I am somewhat okaish with DSA (need to revise though), also I was thinking to learn golang (will this help?).
