A. CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai - 25 LPA, Gov. Bank as a client, project is upgrading the bank application to 2.0
B. Park Street Kolkata - 20 LPA, one of the oldest conglomerates in India as a client.

Profile is Project Management

Joined A for a couple of days, then joined B as nothing was moving in A. I like the job in B but feeling uncomfortable with the difference of 5 LPA. I agreed for it initially considering Kolkata has lower expenses, but realising now that's not the case.
A is still on and I can join back again. Most of the issues due to which I stopped going have been resolved. But I'll loose out on the amazing experience of setting up and transitioning of a company in B.

Please help me decide whether I leave B & join A again.. 🤔

I have three offers in hand -
1. JPMorgan Chase - Bangalore 
2. Autodesk - Pune
3. IKEA - Bangalore 

All of them are offering almost same fixed salary, Ikea’s base is 2 lacs more than rest but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount(50k USD).
Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc

I will get prorated variable in 1&2 but not in Ikea in 2025 due to my joining date being after the cutoff period

I have 2 Offers, both from start ups, A is a consumer faced growing startup with good & lots of work! Pros of A are: Culture seems good, maybe good quality work, peers okay! Cons are : No flexibility with WFH, package 4 lakhs less than B, maybe lots of work.

Pros of B: Higher package (+4 lacs), option to work from anywhere, dont know about kind of work!
Cons; SaaS based startup so don’t know about kind of work I would get, maybe dashboard or external services integration, WLB may be fucked up! 

What should I join? I am in dilemma, what if I join A and I get overwhelmed with work and get burned out, package also less.

What if join B and I do not get quality work and do not grow as a Frontend developer? 

Folks with experience help!!!!!!!!
I previously joined a startup, got burned out pretty quickly!

Context- I recently joined X a week ago and I got a offer from Y today. I interviewed with Y a few days before joining X and told them that I will need a answer fast but they didn’t get back to me on time. They called me last week to tell me that they would like to move forward with me and rolled out an offer today. Should I leave my current company as they Y has come up with a better offer and APM role, whereas X has a lower offer (not too big of a difference) and Senior Product Analyst role. This is my first full time job, so I am confused on what to do and what could be the consequences

Accenture or Infosys which one I choose?

I recently got a decent offer. Recruiter asked me whether I want to wait for other potential offers before signing but I decided to sign as I thought that the market is bad and I might not get another offer.

Later I realised that I was lowballed in terms of cash compensation. Right now, I have been shortlisted for 2 more companies that pay very well and I think I can crack those offers.

The thing is, I like the first company a lot as their interview process and interviewers gave me a good idea of their work culture.

Ideally, I would want to join them but I also think that I can get a much better package, potentially 2x in terms of cash compensation.

Current offer in hand (good company): 18LPA fixed +  50LPA RSU vested in 4 years

Potential offers(decent company/ layoffs happened/happening): 25-35LPA fixed + RSU

I was also thinking that maybe I can go back to the first company after getting an offer from the second one and ask them to increase their initial offer or match it with the new one.

Any views viners?

I have got 2 offers from companies x and y, both are same package.  But 

X has employeess lessthan 50 but good project
Y has more employees and bigg company but no guarantee on project 

X is same technology as i had experience before
Y is an AI company

Package is same for both.

Hi Folks,

A bit of self introduction:

Total experience: 6.5 years
Designation: SSE backend
Industry: SaaS

I currently have 3 offers in hand. Two confirmed and one is in the last stage of interviewing. The two offers are from AZIRA (previously NEAR intelligence) and FIVETRAN for java SSE back end role. Both are based out of Bangalore. The last one is from EA games Hyderabad which is a contract role by a 3rd party parent company.

The TC offered by Fivetran is 40 LPA and and Azira is open to discussion to match it if I am willing to join them. The EA sports contract role is coming near to 36 LPA.

FIVETRAN: 
I will be joining the sql database connector team with US counterparts as its completely developed by them and it is being transferred to India. So I am guessing there will be more maintenance work involved here at odd hours. Will have to connect with US peers for first few months for all the kt.
Also in my last company, most of the work I did is around data movement (ETL) and connectors in house. So I have some decent understanding of how the work is going to be. I am also afraid that the work is going to be a bit boring due to my past experience.

AZIRA: 
Not much info here. Very few Glassdoor reviews. Couldn’t draw any conclusion. The whole engineering team size is relatively small (30-40) and all are based out of india. So it will be easy for me in terms of communication and collaboration.

EA:
Again not much info here. There are many internal projects and I might join any of them if selected as a contract employee.


Mostly I’ll not be joining EA due to location constraint. But am not able to decide between Azira and fivetran. Help me with all your first hand experiences please.
