Anant Ladha in this video says, even if service charge is mentioned it can be asked to remove.
But so many, so many fine dine 'elite' restaurant say it is mandatory, because they have written it outside, on the menu, everywhere 

Is it legal? Can they force us to pay service charge? And then GST on service charge?

A few weeks back I went to MTV & during the team outing, I offered to pay the 670$ bill. I was aware of the tipping culture I offered a 30$ bill but the waitress shouted that this was too low at least pay 20% of the invoice. 

Thank god; in APAC we don’t have this tipping culture. 🙌🙏😩

Why is the Swiggy platform fee variable?

Swiggy is slowly becoming unusable. They have already increased minimum amount in Instamart for free delivery from 99 to 149 to 199 now. This is really becoming a problem. Is there any other alternative to this? They are slowly showing their true colours now that they are aiming profitability.
