Switching from a big company to much smaller one
Hey everyone, I have been working in Gojek as backend developer for the past 3 years. The work life balance have been very good over these years. Recently due to layoffs there have been reorgs and i have been moved to a team whose work i didnt like much. Also the tech stack and problem statement this team has been solving has bubbled down in terms of complexity. I have an offer from a much smaller series A funded startup called kutumb. I have a feeling this place will give me enough opportunities to learn as well as there is around 20% hike. Would the experienced folks suggest the switch or should i just stay put?
