Requesting inputs - offer with Microsoft

So a friends wife is considering an offer with Microsoft as Senior product manager - potentially at level 62/63 Relevant exp - 8 years Overall exp - 11 years

  • What would be the comp range for this? With what % variable?
  • Are there anything in components to salary that someone should be aware of?
  • When they say upto 100% remote, what is the reality like?
  • does pedigree matter and to what level - for context she is Mba + MTech+ BTech -any indication on esop rsu range? -anything else you want call out
