So basically this is how it works as per me. March/April is generally when the fresh budget is allocated, and demand is high, salaries are good and surprisingly people get hired a lot at that time. Second phase is around September, where it is the close out period, plus recruiters are also trying to fill up the positions of people who joined in jan-mar but left in maybe 3-4 months. Second phase is tricky and people get interviewed but lesser people crack and even lesser people convert into offer. Those are two times you can score so plan according to that. And don’t be disheartened by failures, its just a matter of one company understanding your worth. Keep skilling up
