Kind of frustrated with life and confused on what to do

My mother has mobility issues and suffers frequent falls am due to slipping down and this is the 4th fracture in last 5 years. These fractures require long healing period and requires surgery mostly. I am living in a tier 2 city with my wife and son due to this reason. But she suffered a fall and fracture recently and I am kind of fed up. Not living in a tier 1 city makes me odd one out. No chance of networking and I want growth in my career and want to lead a team etc. but guess this choice of staying with parents makes me feel lost from the crowd can’t connect with my peers. I have an MBA from reputed insti but not able to meet my classmates also. Don’t know how else to vent out my frustration so just pouring out here

Haven't you considered shifting your family (including parents) to tier 1 cities

+get her a 24 hours attendant who helps prevent this and tends to her.

+1 to @TallTales69 suggestions.

Get a full-time nurse. It will free up your and your wife's time. This will certainly lower any quarrels you may be having, as well as give you a little peace of mind.

Going through something similar but not as intense as yours. I get these constant mental quarrels where my side that wants to take care of family and fulfil my duty as a son is fighting against the other side that wants to maximise my own life. Both can’t go hand in hand. I don’t have an answer to this right now. I guess we’ll have to wait and watch.

Somehow, I feel stagnant in m...
