What's one thing that instantly improves your day?

For me, it's hitting the gym at 6 am. That one hour makes me feel accomplished and keeps me going through the day. Even if work gets rough, I remind myself, 'It’s gym day tomorrow,' and somehow, that makes it all okay.

Takes some sacrifices. Wasn't a morning person at all but I started sleeping at 11 and getting up at 5. But the feeling after gym throughout the day outweighs the morning laziness.

Fellow tea enjoyer. We do 1 am night walks with tea on cheat days. Feels good knowing I don't have to get up early the next day tho.

How do you make time for exercise

I really hope to understand how most of you make time for exercise (if you do) after a whole day of work, with family, friends and other things to catch up on. I’m a couch potato and don’t eat that healthy - so happy to hear advice
