AM I being childish / immature in informing my manager about the appreciations I receive from the client?
I’ve been recognized multiple times at the end of sprints for my hard work and dedication, including sacrifices like working late nights and weekends. I forward these appreciation emails and the 'Praise' I receive on Teams to my supervisor to keep them informed of my performance. Am I being too immature or overdoing it by sharing these updates after every sprint, or could this raise unrealistic expectations from my supervisor?"
Share it with your manager, lead but never ever share this with your friends or colleagues who are working with you, Remember my point.

No, that's good. Try to do it over the mails since it would be then kept as a record of your work done and how you have contributed and got appreciated by clients. This will help you push your appraisal case as well. So, try to keep records of this over mails and excels and share it with your managers, appraisers and reviewers.
I send the mails tagging my manager from the client's side, my supervisor from my parent company and my manager from my parent company.
