Am I being an idiot for wanting to quit? (Lowkey Vent, maybe)

I work with this company run by this middle aged Indian businessman. I get paid 1.5L a month, which is decent. I have 100% remote work. When I initially joined, he wanted me to download Timechamp or something on my personal device. Luckily, before joining, I'd confirmed I will not be subject to any sort of monitoring and after much back and forth, he settled for me messaging him everyday in the morning and when I'm clocking out in the evening. I find him 2 agencies in India who will charge us the money and it'll be their headache to make sure the Kenyan janitor comes and cleans the place. He is not happy. He wants to do it "in house" and wants me to find a Kenyan janitor directly. Again he asks me if I can do it or should he do it. I tell him the most I can do is find some options online and give him a list but I can not verify their authenticity, so if he has c (continued in comments)
