Hi I would like to change the employment experience in my resume before submitting the documents to HR which I got selected for, need suggestions on the below request
I have submitted a resume of previous employment after completing my education till now ( total of 6 years, In these for the first 3 years I don't have documents) which I have worked for HR before taking a technical interview and client round interview. I got selected for that role. But HR is asking now to submit the documents including the updated resume. So, while submitting with an updated resume to HR can I remove the first 3 years which I don't have documents from the resume now. And provide only the remaining documents to them. Can someone please suggest to me this how to proceed. Thanks!
