here's why you should hire me (im 22, based out of Bangalore, graduating in 3 months) - 1) worked in 4 startups prior to this, with roles ranging from machine learning to product. The roles are based in Chennai. Our most important needs are as follows: 1. Senior product designer - with experience building SaaS or consumer products. I'm looking for someone who wants to be a true thought partner in solving user problems. Not just drawing out designs based on requirements. 2. PM/Sr PM - We need one or two PMs. Past experience in SaaS is helpful but not necessary. You should have worked on user facing software experiences for non technical users. This is a great role for former designers who have transitioned to product. High ownership, ability to make UX trade-offs by understanding real life user behaviour and prioritisation are most important skills.
