When was the last time you were alone with your thoughts?
Last week, there were overlap of plans and I got an hour or so alone. I had earlier thought it wouldn't be much of issue, until I realized how loud thoughts are. Internet was also wobbly so couldn't scroll social media to avoid world P.S. I am talking about being alone not loneliness
Everyday bro, I make sure to do a stroll without phone where I am just thinking about myself. How to achieve x, what am I doing wrong , by doing something what will I achieve. These thoughts are more about general life rather than work life . That just keeps me checked how far I am from what I want to do
It's everyday bro. I mostly like to be alone now. Though I try to have conversations and hangouts but I don't force or initiate from my end now. It's been a hard learning for me, but yes it's made so many things clear for me.
