Having 3.3 YOE. In one of my past stints I left a company in 2 months due to toxic work culture and joined a better company.
I am a junior product manager. Will this short stint create problems for further opportunities?
Need suggestions.
Yeah dude now you are ruined. Not because of that short stint. Thatās fine. But if you are someone who think just because of a short stint your entire career is ruined makes me feel it is ruined.

Donāt value yourself with your years of work-ex but the quality of work and the others will start seeing it that way too. And bro āyouāre a PM not a junior PMā take pride it else this role isnāt cut out for you. You had the guts to take this big decision in 2 months and thatās a big decision and showcases that you arenāt afraid to take hard calls. If I were you I would position this instance in my behavioural round as my strength for sure.

Just say the job role you were hired for got redundant and they referred you to your new company. š
Either donāt mention in cv Or prepare a politically aligned answer ārole got redundant/ role did not align with my experience/ goal etc.ā
Additionally, once it becomes 3-4 years old, no one is going to bother about it.

No, just don't mention it in your resume. That work ex isn't going to add anything and if asked, just say you took some time off to travel.
