I’d want her to talk to someone who can guide her (read: tell her all possible options) on what are her strengths/weaknesses and possible career options she can take. 1. Does the psychometric tests really showcase your skills and interests?
2. Do you recommend it for anyone who is unsure of what they can be doing in their lives with utmost satisfaction?
3. Are the results at the end of the tests show only legacy jobs or they showcase a generic view of what can be your career and you can choose to deep dive? Like, do they specifically show you can be a software engineer or do they mention you are good at teaching or expressing yourself, hence from that you can deduce if blogging is something of interest that can be pursued or being youtuber etc
4. If yes to above questions, any recommendations for good career counselling orgs?

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've  been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. 
I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster.
Can someone please recommend therapists in Bangalore to whom I can talk face to face? 
I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help.
There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others.
So if you guys know anyone, please let me know.

Hi, I'm looking for a genuine and a very good therapist in Bangalore - Hennur, Kalyan Nagar, Hebbal and adjourning areas. 

Been feeling depressed with all the things happening around me, work, personal, social, everything (more towards the personal side). Feel like I'm just hanging by a thread right now. 

I should have gone to a therapist sooner, maybe last year, by delayed it coz of several reasons, one of them being I don't know any genuine therapists. I tried one in another city around 5 years back, but had a bad experience, that therapist was just waiting for our sessions to be over. It was all money minded business. 

So I guess I avoided finding one and going to therapy. But right now I really need to do it or else I'll just burst up in I don't know what ways!

So please, if anyone knows of a good therapist in the above mentioned areas, please please do let me know.

I have 6+ years of experience working as Senior Software Engineer on Javascript Stack (React on Frontend and Node..js  on backend)
My current TC is 22 Lpa 
I have not tried hardcore problem solving on leetcode but instead would like to use that time to sharpen my skillset on learning new frameworks and best practices. Should I try to jump as Senior Ui engineer in product based mnc’s as I have also seem senior leadership positions  in UI on linked in with basic problem solving and would like to see if there is drawback in just going as ui vs backend and also what should be the positions and salary which I can expect in that experience.

I have around 12yrs of experience, Started my career with US mortgage and Commercial Banking, Then moved to PMO, took up the scrum master role, Now looking to switch since I have different experience not getting enough visibility from recruiters, trying to get PMP certified now. Hi . I'm having 7 yoe as RPA Developer. Last year, I have decided to move out of RPA and to become a Software Engineer (Backend) and learning DSA, Java, Design Patterns, Building small projects etc., (I've enrolled with an upskilling platform) and it's going good. 

Eventhough I have followed similar SDL cycle for developing and maintaining RPA solutions. I don't have proper SD experience.
