Not going to work at all today

My company issued glassdoor and ambition box links. Instructions are “be generous”. Honestly I would have given 0 if possible. Why? Here are few reasons- 6 days week, 10-8pm, if you leave by 8 you get a taunt in return, the founder will mention things like ownership but wouldn’t let you do anything on your own, his thoughts>>> any logical statements ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE WORKING 2 DAY LONG LEAVE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE EVEN IF ITS AN EMERGENCY Expectations- put me and my company above everything else Needs a ego massage every other hour, literally join meetings late to show im the boss while he plays on the phone so that he can be late

Hi to all the working professionals, Kindly help me with some advice. I am currently working in a Fintech company(IT) for last 2 years. The work environment here is quite toxic and I am under a bond which ends after 6 more months. But now I feel the water has crossed the line and I am not able to bear the toxicity and pressure. I can't pay the bond amount but rather I can't even stay here anymore. I am thinking of absconding them. Will it really affect my career and will getting jobs get difficult? Considering I have a good skill set.

Lately I don't feel like working and its becoming physically impossible to work. And then when I rest for sometime I am constantly worried about work. It will get delayed or smth. I took 5 days off during Diwali. But it didn't help. what to do? please help.

Me: Working from home took a week long wfh for Rakshabandhan, wau?

My manager is asking me to be on-call on Diwali and has asked me to report in person. This is absolute stupidity. Although I will be compensated at 2.5x of my hourly pay but I would rather spend time with my family. What should I do? I have already tried to indicate that I have old parents and I want to spend as much time with them as possible especially given the limited moments I get to celebrate special occasions with them.

Help me figure this out because up till now it seems like all my decisions were wrong. New job, new city, fresher. Found a single occupancy in a pre occupied 2BHK in my budget, and as per my preferences. Had to shift in the middle of the month. Since the room I am supposed to get is occupied by someone else(X), the landlord suggested that I adjust in the hall area for the half month and then I would shift to the room from October. I was okay with this, and under the impression that X is also okay with this arrangement. Mind that X is not present in the flat, X has been away since a month. The other two flatmates (Y, Z) in the other room are also okay with this. I have given deposit of 20k to the landlord. Now X comes back today, starts a fight with me straightaway, starts throwing my things. X says that the hall is common space and since X is paying rent I cannot be there, X only wants their friend to take that room, and a million other things. X is the most problematic person I've ever come across. Bhagwaan jane kaun isse shadi karega. Y, Z back me up. We speak to the landlord and he scolds X. Now although X has verbally agreed to moving out at the end of the month, what if X refuses to move out? Mera toh agreement bhi nahi bana hai.. I should prolly start looking for flats 😵
