I think it's a good TC. IMHO, the only question is how far can you go as a generalist these days? If you are into Revenue now, 2 years down the line would you be able to take a CBO role? If the answer is no, then the growth may taper off.
PS: Sales Ops+Generalist here with Similar experience and CTC.
