What are your answers that you are currently giving to the HR?

I am looking for a change for better opportunities and also because current company is asking to relocate. 
 I have an offer but I want to explore best available options and then make a better decision.

It's possibility that HRs might not like candidates that are "shopping" around for better offers because you could do the same with their offer. 
  
 You could say something like I have an offer but I am excited to try for an opportunity in XX company (the one you're interviewing with) because it better fitsy aspirations for ABC reasons

I got offer from YC backed startup and also getting decent raise but it has very bad(worst I’ll sayd) reviews on glassdoor.

So recently I interviewed in many companies including google, Microsoft, Amazon I have seen common pattern that HR not being transparent with candidates. They keep hanging candidates in between and not reply to text, email, messages, calls. Even if candidate is rejected why can’t they email or call to give feedback. Is this job really hard ?
“If I will get a chance to snap out one profession from earth I will snap out all hrs, recruiters out there.”

Ps:- Google ppl was very transparent throughout process one of best experiences for me .

Hello Everyone,
I’m a bit confused of what should I make out of this situation
Background summary-
I have had 2 interview rounds
Back to back within 2 days HR couldn’t stop calling for even small queries.
Round 1- discussion related to location, roles and responsibilities basic information.
Round 2- Interview went well expected compensation was asked and also the question of relocation was asked
Which from my understanding was interview went well
Since 3 days I have been contacting the HR and she has been giving replies such as still need to get the feedback from the interviewer etc
After 3 days I texted her to ask the status update we connected where she mentioned they are currently busy into hiring from another location and need to get the confirmation from the internal team if they are proceeding with this location (the same location where I was considering) although you’re shortlisted but still I will need 2 days to confirm whether they are proceeding ahead with this location.

I received a HR call today and she was asking for availability for an interview. Even though she was confused that is this for second round. When I asked she said - yes , this is the second round with confusion.

Background,
I got laid off from an organisation and by god's grace I had a offer, which was not that good 10% decrement in salary, but me being a scared person joined the company.

Now 1 month after I realised I can do much better and market seems to open up.

What should I tell the HR in 2 scenarios.

1. I had already started Interviewing and haven't mentioned that I was layed off. What should I tell if I get selected? 

2. If a opportunity comes to start Interviewing for seperate company, should I mention about ty current company or no?

PS. The work in current organisation is not that good and it's a contractual role.

I cleared all 6 rounds of a PM interview with an Edtech startup.  The HR asked for current offer letter, 2 references (current and previous manager), and a couple of other docs. 

Then ghosted me for 2 weeks. When I followed up, the HR said they are in-process of interviewing other candidates

Is it normal to do this now a days? 

I understand the company wants to interview more people. But then why ask for any details from me till you are sure that you are going to give an offer

So today I received an offer from a startup that is giving me a pretty good 50% jump on my current base. It's not a well-known startup but during my interview i noticed certain red flags, the way they were interviewing, very arrogant and got a lot of micro-managing vibes from them, expect designs to delivered very quickly.

While the money is very good, I'm skeptical if I should accept it or not? What would you guys do in such a situation? I am working currently
